Kevin, I think what Dan suggested in his first comment of having an option to sort the follow-ups Newest First/Oldest First will do the trick. What do you think?
I like having the visual of knowing which order they are in and would also want to be able to filter the order, but does that numbered section need to be so big? I would rather just have the information take up less space so that there is less scrolling.
I also prefer this way of tagging the entries as new or updated as opposed to the other screenshots.
I think this is awesome! What if when someone does a follow-up to a follow-up? Sometimes there may be three follow-ups but your comment may be specific to the second one, so when you do your follow-up, it comes after the third one and no one knows what you’re talking about because it didn’t come directly after the comment you were replying to. Does that make sense?
I guess what I’m aiming at will there be a separate thread if you follow-up on a follow-up?
This is a good idea but not nearly comprehensive enough to tie together all of the Data on Therap into a “person Centered” string.
This would definately be better and more helpful if ALL the data inputs for a person (Not Just T-Logs) followed a chronological thread. Without that feature, this newest is only applying on “Makeup”
This is great idea how long is going to take for it to be in place
KEEP THE NUMBERS
follow-ups Newest First you want to see the progress first and then you can read the history
(This would definitely be better and more helpful if ALL the data inputs for a person (Not Just T-Logs)) I agree
Looks great! Make sure there is a Newest First/Oldest First option and that it is clearly labeled for novice users.
Great idea Dan, we will work on that.
Are those follow-up numbers helpful?
Yes very
It might be more useful if the Follow-up numbers were reversed so you can read them downwards instead of upwards in chronological order

Thanks! Renee
I like this idea, I also think that having the option of oldes/newest first is necessary, I like to read the olderst to the newset.
Love it!!! So helpful for thoose staff who forget to link follow ups!!! when does it start? (smile)
